  I recently made a luxury watch purchase at Highglow with Adi & Raj. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT!), and they had amazing service. Thank you, Adi and Raj! I hope to make more purchases in the future!

  I had a great experience here. I was looking for an engagement ring and decided to try them out, and it worked out well for me. The people were pleasant to work with and were always available to answer all of my many questions over the following few weeks. When I realized that I gave him the wrong ring size, Raj even made it convenient for me to meet up at different locations, several times, when I wasn't able to drive back to the shop. He mailed me the documents I needed right away, gave me good help with insurance, and basically did everything possible to make life easier for me during this whole process...and that REALLY helped me because I had a million other things to think about at the time (getting engaged was a big step!). Thanks a ton to Raj and the people at the shop for a non-stressful experience with this!
